Anyone have any advice for me before I start this? I tried some cabbage soup diet and found myself cheating on day 3. Maybe I just wasn't ready? I'm SO ready, this time!
I like this diet because you can have all the veggies and fruit you want and plus I love brown rice soo I am set...I can fill up on fruit and veggies and not feel like cheating...I love to experiment with diff recipes and find stuff that satisfies me
