hi there, I am new on this forum and am hoping to find what I need to keep me going....
sometime not so easy to keep going....I am going to try the michael thurmond eating plan and do my treadmill with weight lifting some of the days
so am planning to get back down to 150
lol..does anyone else remember when 150 sounded like such a high weight? now its my goal weight!




. . . all throughought my twenties I weighed 125 and was always trying to get to 110 . . . now, forty years later, I'd be really pleased with 150 and absolutely 'over the moon' about getting to 125.
