Claiming my spot.

Going by weekly weigh-in days, I lost 1.5 lbs last month, going by daily weights, I lost 1 lb. last month. Seems like I have a long ways to go but I hope to lose more in July. I did accomplish a lot in June as I had the dietiician consult and now have a real plan and plenty of incentive to stick to it!
Last weekly weight was 162.5 and last daily weight was 163.
7/1/08 162 terrible eating day!! I lost track but think about 2300 cals! 30 min. yoga stretch and 40 min cadio.
7/2/08 162 (I am SO grateful!

), 1183 cals (it was a stressful day and I'm proud of myself for not eating too much but I did go over a little on my carbs). No exercise.
7/3/08 161.5, 1754 - gd here and went out to eat. Thought I was doing ok, but I went over both on calories and carbs. No exercise.
7/4/08 162 - another tough day ahead as we head to the Ft for the community celebration. Lost track of calories but know it was bad. Walked about 9 blocks I'd say.

WEEKLY WEIGH-IN Here I go up again! Can't say I didn't expect it but it is still disappointing! BS up too of course. 1531 cals, walked a little in the mall but that's it.
7/6/08 163.5, 1837 another bad day! No exercise other than grocery shopping.
7/7/08 162.5, 1362, 30 min stretche & breath and 40 min aerobic classes.
7/8/08 162.5, very bad eating day..lost track of cals. 30 min yoga stretch and 40 min aerobic classes.
7/9/08 164! YIKES! GOT to do better today! 1191 cal. 30 min stretch and breath & 40 min cardio classes.
7/10/08 162, 2750!! I got carried away with chips tonight! No exercise.
7/11/08 `163.5 - why am I not surprised?! lost track of cals...sure I went way over again. 40 min cardio

WEEKLY WEIGH-IN, No change this week but at least didn't gain but I'm still ABOVE what I was at the beginning of month so disappointed. 1157 cal. no exercise unless you count climbing up to the attic.

7/13/08 163, 1357, no exercise other than grocery shopping.
7/14/08 165.5, did well with cals until after dinner then went wild! Having a really hard time sticking with diet. 30 min stretch and breath and 40 min cardio classes.
7/15/08 165.5 I have gone back to my old habits of eating too many snacks. Do well on meals all day then mess up in the evening. Ate out today and no exercise.
7/16/08 166.5 going from bad to worse! Really have to get my eating under control! Every day I say tomorrow will be better and it is until evening then

But I am not giving up. Lost track of cals today but I did get 30 min stretch and breath and 40 min cardio classes. Amazingly my bs have been found but I know I can't go on this way.
7/17/08 165, 1353, 30 min yoga stretch and 40 min cardio. Was proud of myself today....a friend of my dh's brought over some scones (he's a professional baker) and I only ate 1/4 of one!
7/18/08 164, 1371, 40 min cardio. Did well as had some very hi cal, hi carb meals today but I limited myself (pat on own back!:-)

WEEKLY WEIGH-IN (down 1 lb from last week) but just back to what I was at the beginning of the month! 1370 cals, did well despite going to a potluck! No exercise.
7/20/08 162, Had to take out my calories cause tonight I ate more and didn't count! And here I've been doing so well!, well, hope to do better tomorrow. no exercise beyond cleaning out one side of the garage.
7/21/08 164.5, 2453! 30 min stretch & breathe and 40 min cardio classes.
7/22/08 164 ate out for lunch but think I did ok. 1599 (went over because I forgot about my afternoon snack!) no exercise beyond slow walking around a mall.
7/23/08 163.5 Didn't track calories and am sure I went way over!, 30 min. stretch and breathe and 40 min cardio classes.
7/24/08 164, did not track calories again today! Seems like I need a break from it, but will keep trying. 30 min yoga stretch and 40 min cardio classes.
7/25/08 164.5 climbing again, 1618, no exercise.

WEEKLY WEIGH-IN So I GAINED 2 lbs this week! This month is not going nearly as well as I'd hoped. But I know that I spent almost 3 weeks eating way too much so I sure know the reason. I'm back on track now though so just hope I can be more consistent now. No exercise today but our 20 mo. old gs is with us so that's kinda like exercise. :-)
7/27/08 163.5 didn't get my calories tracked very well with the little guy here and today we are going to an International Festival so will be eating there. Will do the best I can.
7/28/08 164, 1611, no exercise except shopping.
7/29/08 163.5, 1748 (too high!) 30 min yoga stretch - my tummy was upset so didn't stay for cardio.
7/30/08 164.5, didn't track calories and had no exercise.
7/31/08 164, this has been a bad month for me! I am really trying to stick to my eating plan today and so far have done will but will see. Will post how I did later and look at my weight tomorrow to see how I have finished this month on a daily basis, but based on week weights, I gained 2 lbs this month!! Hope to do better next month. 1310, no exercise other than light housework.
