IMO it's different for everyone - some people see the difference immediately, whether it's in their face, stomach, etc. For others, it takes longer. Sometimes we might even lose weight, look different, and STILL see the same image in the mirror because we are so used to seeing ourselves as "fat."
For now, just focus on eating healthy and exercising regularly...you might not see a true change, but soon your clothes will definitely feel looser or simply sit better on your frame. It might take up to 10lbs before you really notice a change! The important thing is that no matter what image you see in the mirror, you have to KEEP GOING and don't give up!!
