Had to share this: I was in a store tonight and ran into someone that I have not seen in at least 3 years. I got inline behind him and he looked at me. I said, didn't you use to work at so and so. Yeah, he said, I said arent you going to say hello? He said, you look famillar how about helping me out. So I told him the job I use to do. His mouth dropped open, he looked me up and down. He didn't say anything, but it was the look on his face!
It was priceless. You could tell that he was shocked that I was that same person!
I hit my 4th month on July 4 and I hit my half way mark this week!!! I can not remember the last time I weighted below 250! It is such an amazing feeling. I also can not believe the energy level I have most days!
