Hey everyone, I am new here. I lost 108lbs and have 11 to go for my (hopefully) final goal. This is my third goal!! I hope to make some friends and learn from you all. Just wanted to introduce myself!

I really did it the old fashioned way. I didn't workout at first, then I started sticking with it after 50 lbs lost I think. Just eating less and better, really. I did do the fat smash diet for awhile, and learned a lot of good things and lost 20 lbs. I tried the extreme fat smash but it was too...extreme! So I am back to everything in moderation, hoping to to lose 11lbs. I have been trying hard but GAINING weight which is not cool at all. I have gained 2lbs since I got my period, I don't think that is supposed to happen. Don't you gain before it starts? But, I am still working out everyday even though the results are backwards.
Anyways, I am blabbering, so I'll stop. Thanks for welcoming me!
