Nsv!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • When I started to try to lose weight I was diagnosed with hypertension with a reading of 200 over 110!!! I was not put on medication because I was trying to change my lifestyle. This was January 28, 2008. I then had to come back 6 months later to check...my 3 measurements were all 118 over 77!!!! I no longer have hypertension!! My doctor thinks it has to do with all the weights and running and lowering my sodium. Just thought I would share because while my bathroom scale isn't dropping as quickly as others, my blood pressure has gone down significantly! I am SOOO happy!
  • Wow!!! That's super news! Good job on the weight loss too -- 1/2 lb a week is a great rate!
  • That is incredible! What a huge difference! Congratulations!
  • Holy guacamole! That's fantastic! I have good blood pressure (thanks mom!), but mine's not that low at the doctor!!
