I took some pictures today after I signed the "50 lb lost" wall at Metabolic Research Center (the program I am on). I started their program in February at 341 lbs. Today, I was 289.5. I brought the outfit I had taken my "before" pictures in and put it on so I could see a comparison. When I got the before pics taken, I had already lost a couple of pounds but this is pretty close to a 50 lb loss.

I'm actually crying as I look at these because I don't think I was really seeing the loss. I can definitely see it in these!!!





I still have a long way to go but damn if this isn't some motivation to get there!!

AMAZING!!!! What a huge difference- you must feel great. It is tough it seems like plus size clothing can fit 40 lb deviations in weight so while the weight is dropping you don't feel like it is a massive difference. But your pictures show your hard work has paid off- your face, stomach, legs, arms- keep it up!!
