Hi everyone:
I am starting on the south beach diet tomorrow. I tried it before and it worked well till I went back to my old habits.I never had a weight problem till I quit smoking in 2002. I gained 30 lbs.in 2 months then 5 lbs a year after that. So here I am 60 lbs. later.
I am hoping if I post my progress weekly it will keep me motivated.
