Back in Black! How much have YOU lost and what have you gained?

  • I saw that the Blue Team has a sweet little thread discussing their successes so far this challenge and it inspired me to start this thread.

    So, how much have YOU lost and what have you gained?


    I have lost 21 pounds, many inches (to be announced later ) and I have gained more self confidence.
  • So far I've lost 15 pounds. My but and my waist are both 1 inch smaller, not so much there, but my belly has lost some fat,, My arms are starting to get some muscles.. So I am pretty happy about what's changing right now..
    I am much happier in my life now, Before I was tired all the time, didn't got enough of sleep.. Now I feel healthier and I try to go to bed in time so I can sleep for 8 hours..
  • I have lost 14.5 pounds so far this challenge...as well as going from a size 17/18 pant size to a size 15/16. I don't know for sure but I think I have lost 2 inches off of my hips and thighs, my problem areas.

    But aside from what I have lost, I have gained so much more. I have gained the motivation to keep on going towards my final goal. I have gained the knowledge that you are never too lost to start again. I have gained the self confidence to wear more revealing outfits this summer, including a bikini which I haven't been able to pull off in about 4-5 years. I have gained some killer musle tone. I can now run over 3 miles. I'm almost not overweight anymore. I'm starting to actually like exercise. I'm starting to actually like myself.

  • I've lost 15 pounds since the challenge started and also got rid of all of my clothes that were to big!!!

    I have more energy & am starting to notice muscle underneath the fat. I'm also starting to gain confidence and am spending more time doing what makes ME happy rather than what makes other people happy. With the confidence, I'm really re-evaluating my life.
  • I've lost a little over 7 pounds and have gained a bunch of new friends!!
  • I have lost 15.5 lbs so far, lost inches, learned that I can do this! Learned not to let little slips create and avalanche of BIG ones that get me depressed and into BIGGER trouble. I have gained new friends, confidence and an excited attitude to exercise.
  • I have lost 13.8 lbs so far since the challenge.... Unfortunately, I don't have the information on the inches right now.

    What I gained...is the insight on how to handle when I don't lose. Not to get depressed. Not to give up. Friends. Support.
  • I have lost 11 lbs and surpassed my original goal
  • Yes!!! We have all gained support, confidence and friends.
  • Somehow I missed this earlier...

    Thus far I have kept OFF 6 lbs and gained new friends and gained a life of consistent exercise!!!!

    Have lost 3 inches off the bust 1 inch off waist and 1 inch off hips! About 1/2 inch off of each bicep too!

    I look forward to making the next 4 weeks count
