craving distraction!

  • I joined this site a few days ago. I've been looking at it every once in a while for a long time because it comes up when I google weight loss. Ever since I actually joined and started reading the posts, I noticed that I don't get as hungry in the afternoon. I usually eat extra food in the afternoon and feel bad about it. But now I just get on this site and see people and their progress and I am totally distracted from food. The tips and advice are great too. I meant to get a snack 2 hours ago and now its actually time for dinner!! Thanks to everyone for posting, you are a huge help and inspiration!
