    Hiya! I'm Rissa, from Illinois. I'm new to this site. I just so happened to stumble upon in while searching for diet solutions. I'm currently over-weight and completely miserable with it! I'm unsure where to start when it comes to losing weight. I just know that I have to do something! Help!

    Start at the beginning of course! I think most ladies have found that plans and programs work best for them when it comes to dieting. If they have a plan, or a program, they find it much easier to stick to.

    Do some research and find out what sounds best for you! I'm sure you'll find, or if not can start, a thread that fits in with however you want to start your weight loss journey!

    I think I'm going to try the Atkins diet again. I've had success with it in the past. It will be different this time, since I'm now cooking for 4 instead of just myself and a baby, but I will find a way. I also plan to exercise every other day or more, which will help a lot! Thanks for the response!
