When I first started all of this and the first few months post surgery I measured, weight and counted anything and everything that went into my body. With taveling every week I stopped and mentally just track water/fluids and protien each day. I guess I think about when I first started eating regular food and could only eat 1/4 cup and was stuffed. So the other day I had a large chilli from Wendy's and ate about 3/4 of it with 6 craker and that night I had the Mandrian Chicken salad and ate almost all of it. I do not push it and stop when I am full. But should I be able to eat that much and am I dooming myself to long term failure? I do not want to go through all of this to mess it up, does any of this make sense?
Like Nancy said she only can eat 1/2 a Detour Bar. I usually eat a whole one (90% of the time)??? What are you thoughts ladies?!?
