Hello every one,Iam a 30 year old over weight woman who's going try to lose weight, again.I have been over weight for about 10 years now and at 260 Iam at my fattest.I lose 20 to gain 40 and so on and so forth.I have tried to learn to love the fat me and well I really do like who Iam, liking me hasn't got me any thinner.So here we go again!Wish me luck!

you can lose the weight! If I can do it, anyone can. I felt SO hopeless & then I found the right plan for me. I think all plans are good plans, but each person finds the one that works for them. I do 5 small meal replacments that are balanced so I get my nutrition & keeps in a fat burning state so I dont feel hungry. I also eat one small lean & green meal too. It worked for me
