Here is my plan for today:
8am-had a large breakfast with hubby at Huddle House this morning.
2pm-
banana and peanut butter
7-8pm
oatmeal
raisins
milk
I am offering my fasting between meals along with my prayers for baby Tyler James who is not doing well.
Well yesterday's menu went right out the door!! Soooooooooo, here is today's plan.
9am-
1/2 cup fiber one
milk
1 slice extra fiber bread
peanut butter
2pm-
oatmeal
milk
raisins
7-8pm
not sure, but NO take out!!

Will not be checking in tomorrow, have hubby and a company rep. doing orders all day at work.
Hubby and salesman going get lunch. Ate a huddle house breakfast this morning and will have a cup of seafood gumbo plus fried shrimp on a hamburger bun for lunch and oatmeal or something light for supper.
Have not posted in a few days, been seeing salesmen all day. Have been doing very well on my diet plan. Hope to see a weight loss for tomorrow. Customer coming to check out, will post more later if time allows.
