Sticking to this again?!

  • Well I am relatively new here. Love it so far, and have to just see if anyone else is here as well.

I am a little lower on the scale than I have been in a long time. I weighed in at work on Wednesday like normal. Thanks to having a wisdom tooth surgically removed I was thankfully down. By almost 2 full pounds. Then got on the WW scale on saturday and was down almost a pound then. It has remotivated me. I totally did so much better this weekend. I was more positive and looking forward to bringing that number down again.

Anyone else been remotivated lately? Share your secrets and stories please. These help me a lot.
  • Nothing like a positive downward movement on the scale! RedoBoo - You have done well!

I am re-motivated every time I come to this board. There are lots of others here that will inspire you to continue on this journey.
  • I'm remotivated every time the scale or the tape measure show a lower number! Welcome to our li'l corner of the web!
  • I am re-motivated every time that I am able to run a little farther, hike a little faster, have a little more energy. I could use a little re-motivation right now, as it turns out.

Welcome to the boards! It's a great place to find motivation (or re-motivation!).
  • Congrats on getting motivated again! I'm working on it, too.

What motivates me is successfully staying OP for a full day or two, and then I realize I can do it. That, and of course the nice drop on the scale when I've done a good job for the week.

  • Thank you to you all.

Aerotigergirl, you got all the support you need, and look at what you have accomplished, I feel rather sheepish looking at your accomplishments, and mine is minor in comparison.

Chey, Kim, aerotigergirl, Jet you all make me feel like one of the family, which is something I have not had in a very long time.

I did a 22 minute workout tonight and earned 2 AP. This coming from someone who did not workout at all for a long long time. I feel good that I did as much as I did and one day will be able to do the whole 45 minutes of this workout. You can count on that.

Thanks for all your kind words.

  • Beth,

So glad you feel at home here! It's a wonderful, wonderful group.

Your weight loss is wonderful. Any loss is, and you only have 10 lbs to go, so that's great!

WTG on the exercise. I'm terrible at getting mine in. Really still trying to work on that.

We're glad to have you here .
