Totally with you! I will do 10 minutes on my stair master and another 10 minutes on my gym set...need to work these flabby arms!!!! lol
I will leave you a message tomorrow Thursday, verifying I completed my target exercise. I will be able to exercise on Saturday's, Sometimes on a Monday, I have Tuesdays open and some Thursdays I have open. So Depending on how things go, I can pick any of those days to make sure I do at least 3 workouts a week. Alrighty then, thanks for inviting me to be an exercise, accountability buddy. Just what I needed.
