Hi everyone! I am new here, I joined in an attempt to get some healthy support! I have been yo yo dieting for almost 10 years. I am totally an emotional eater. As soon as something goes wrong in my life I want to eat to make myself feel better. The worst part is that I actually LOVE healthy food, I feel like I eat cookies and pizza in an attempt to rebel against myself and all the negativity in my life lately. anyway enough of that! I need to get back into a routine of healthy eating and working on my fitness and hopefully everyone here will help and support me!

welcome!! I'm new here too, I've been on here for 2 days and Herbal Magic for 3 days now.I havent found anything that I can stick to so I found HM and pray it works for me and I stick to it, so I also need all the support.
