I am ready to shed some pounds and change my lifestyle.
The only problem is I don't even know where to start...
Does everyone follow a diet plan (i.e. weight watchers) or do you just
stop eating as much??
Any guidance / help as to how to even begin would be fantastic..all I know is
I need / want to lose 30lbs..and I know I will need lots of support and guidance and this site seems to be the perfect place for me.

to 3FC from yet another Canadian *S* I just joined Herbal Magic on June 11th and then found this site here for even more support when I'm away from Herbal magic. I havent met anyone on here yet, but hoping to make friends here. We'll be here for you so keep your head up and focus on losing weight and that your doing this for yourself!!
