sorry i keep asking questions ^_^

  • Just curious when u lose weight do u lose it equally all over your body or just bits of it as i really want to lose on my waist an i am aware you cant spot reduce so i am curious ?
  • A persons body is going to lose it where it chooses to lose it.

I lost a majority out of my hips and thighs. A lot of that probably had to do with the fact that I was/am walking as my main exercise, so the muscle helped the area to look slimmed down.

But, there my gut sits... taunting me... and my wabbly arm flab...

Take it where it comes (or goes as the case may be). It'll eventually start coming off at the stomach if it doesn't right away.
  • Yup, it's different for everyone... I lost 20 pounds by walking/running and all of it came off the top half of my body. Go figure
  • As the other two said, no spot reductions are possible, unfortunately! I hear a lot of people feel they lose "top-down," starting with their face and neck and boobs before they get to the stomach, and the calves are last. This doesn't happen for everyone but maybe it would help you to feel you're not alone
  • I swear I started at my feet and ankles and was working my way up my body. I just recently noticed loss on my back, hips and behind. But, I am sure that most of that was water weight.
