Just trying to get a feel for the range of carb counts.
The book Insulin Resistance talks about carb balancing,
30 carbs per 14 protein and never over 30 carbs per
meal or snack. But they don't count dairy as carbs.
As a type two I've always counted dairy. Right now I
figure I am between 100 and 130 carbs a day.
What do others strive for?
