
I'll recap - Kim and I are doing a June Challenge, and trying to lose at least 6# by July first.
My work is making me crazy -too much to do and not enough time. And I'm a stress eater - that makes for a bad combo!
But it's the weekend, and I"m trying to relax a bit. Hope you are having a good one as well!

1 point for drinking the amount of water you decided on 8 glasses a day
1 point for getting some exercise. (If you don't exercise on a given day - you DO NOT get a point for exercise - even if you planned it that way) 30 mins a day...no excuse
