Ok Started Feb 1 2008 No More Tim Hortins and No More Ordering out for Meals.
I was 190 Feb 1,2008 and started to Make my Lunches for work , No more restaurant food as I did for the Last 9yrs.
So Feb 25th 2008 I walked into Herbal Magic weighin at 186.5lbs
So it was a start from Healthier eating - 3lbs loss.
Now I have two other Friends at Work on herbal magic too and Done Wonderful on the Program.
So here's my First Pic to share 186.5lbs , 167lbs *Today 162.5lbs

Now I Do have a mini Goal of 150 for My Sister July 12 2008 and I'm Only 12.5lbs more go Lose !
Now my Goal is to stop at 130lbs !
