Hey all, sorry I've been away so long. I fell off the wagon (BIG TIME!) and have been embarrased to login. Realized I was only lying to myself!.
A friend of mine has been going on and on about herbalife, I searched trying to find opinions but seems there is no mentioning of the word on the website, is that for a reason?
I don't really trust these programs but he's lost so much weight, it's quite amazing. However the offer comes along with a work from home thing and whatever,
opinions, anyone?

There are folks in here on Herbalife. Do a search spelling the name in full.

I did herbal life in high school (almost 25 years ago!) and it worked well, but didnt teach me much in the way of eating.

oh, and i didnt get much food either... lol maybe thats why

when things sound too good to be true they usually are, I guess. Anyways, I want to change for good, not to fool myself for a while, and even if it does work, it doesnt really sound like it helps to modify bad habits, which, as I said, is my goal!
