Hi everyone!

  • I'm Kimberly, Navy wife & Mom to 2 (4 & 5). I want to take Stripaerobics. I'm mostly okay w/ my body, I weigh 133 which I know is not a "healthy" weight for someone who is just stretching it to measure in at 5 feet tall but I really want to strengthen & tighten my body, I would LOVE to have a washboard stomach (highly unlikely thanks to 2 C/S's!) & be more comfortable "in the bedroom" such as having taken a Stripaerobics class & possibly doing a private showing... I admit, I make poor choices in food & need to change those plus I don't exercise as much as I should.


  • I think exercising more is fantastic! If you want to strengthen and tighten you may want to check out the Exercise area, for Weight Lifting. Building a little muscle could help to "pull things in". That in combination of better food choices (which are difficult to be sure!) would definitely help you to lose a little weight and become healthier.

  • Ab Lounger Ultra? Anyone actually see a difference with this? I am feeling the burn in my legs & in my upper arms but the burn in my tummy passes quickly. I'm doing 3 sets of 25 daily & I have a girlfriend who swears by this machine (she's had 3 C/S's & has washboard abs!) but I don't enjoy it & I'm wondering how long to begin to show benefits.
