My kids' swim lessons start tonight so it will be hard to get exercise in during the evenings. So I'm up an hour early & going for a walk this am. Yay me!




Everyone is starting the week out right! Did my 15 eliptical and then 35 mins of weights and finished with 15 mins on the treadmill.
, then the Firm Cardio Overdrive (45 min). That one makes me sweat!
