yes i'm a woodsfield redskin alumni and yes i live in bellaire now with my husband and daughter.

i went to grade school at st.sylvesters, is that school even still open?

Yess the school is still open, I don't know why, there are not many kids that go there any more.

I have a question how do you copy and paste weight tracker to my site?
I would like to loose some weight by next month, big alumni weekend coming up my class of 1973 is being honored as being out of school for 35 years

lol there wasnt very many kids when i went to school either!!!

you have to be a member for a few weeks and have like 30 posts or something to get your tracker. just go to user cp in the upper left hand corner of the screen and go to the edit signature, i think there is a link or something for a tracker. if that doesnt work when you go to get it, let me know and i'll help you with it.

i graduated in 1990, i havent decided if i'm going to our reunion or not, is it still at tinks dam or did they move it.

anytime you want to talk i'd love to chat with you. losing weight is a very rewarding journey, but sometimes it can be frustrating too. hope this finds you having a good day

This is my downfall, in the evenings after I take my walk, I am on the hunt for chocolate, I know I have it in the house, so instead of an apple I head for the chocolate.

I guess I will eat some more yogurt with strawberries, and pineapple in it.

they hold the reunion for the past couple of years, at Rubels park Gary Rubel ownes this park, where people can rent for occasions like this.

I am planning on being there, I guess I will not eat for a couple of days because the food is unbelievable.

try the chocolate fiber one bars, full of fiber, and very rich. i eat one every morning. just don't eat anymore than one cuz that can go one of two ways and neither are good, a. constipation, or b. diarreah
