I have done SB before and it worked wonderfully, however, I didn't maintain very well after a year. I am starting over again. It is Day 2 of Phase 1. I am doing good so far, but I am having major cravings! I did not eat any candy at work today, even though it was sitting right in front of me all day!
Anyway, I just wanted to say hello to everyone and looking forward to starting over. This site seems amazing!

jabr! We're so glad that you decided to join us! Remember, Phase 1 is only for two weeks, you can do it!
The first day or two are the hardest, but after that your cravings should be gone and it will be a lot easier. Make sure to get in your 4 1/2 cups of vegetables each day, along with a serving of beans and dairy, too, to help you avoid that "fluish" feeling that some people experience around the third or fourth day.
