hello everyone :)

  • Well where do i start ?
My name is sarah i am 18 years old i started the weight watchers diet about 4 days ago and making sure i do my 10000+ steps a day.
I am just curious does sticking to your points and just walking really work i feel so demotivated all the time in fact every time i see a smaller person than me.
I dont like feeling like this hense why i am trying to lose the weight so i can feel more positively so any success stories of just walking and keeping to weight watchers point plans would be most helpful.

Also a question i am not well today and cant really go out for my walk so should i cut my food intake down so i still have the calorie defficit ?

  • There's a WW section you need to check out!!! (Under Diet Central) I've just been sticking to my points and walking... so far so good! You may want to ramp things up as the months go by, but this is a GREAT way to start! I may not have made it to goal, but I've been doing this for a whole year, so I find that successful!

You have your base points, and you should never go below those, even on days you don't exercise. (Yes, on the rare occasion you may miss a point or two, but this simply is not healthy to do as a regular thing.) And of course Flex Points are for any time. Really, you don't have to change your eating much on days that you don't exercise. Just remember that you can't use Activity Points those days, because you won't have earned any.

    PS - Love the username.
