Every time I go down a size I go out and buy myself one really nice, professional outfit for teaching. I teach computer classes at the public library a couple times a month, and I like to look my best while I'm standing in front of strangers.

Spending money on clothes is kind of a big deal for me, and I can't really do it for each new size, but it's important to me to have one good, well-fitting outfit, at least.
Also, sometimes I just *need* chocolate. Usually during TOM, my body demands it. Most of the time I live without it because it's easy for me to overeat it, but yesterday I bought a large Hershey bar and broke it into 100 calorie servings. They're in the freezer right now and I haven't lost it and binged on them yet, so so far so good.
I also have a glass (or two) of wine on Friday night. Sometimes a little more often than that, but I really try to keep it to just once a week. My problem is that I like sweet white wine, so I'm not only not getting the antioxidants in red, but I'm getting extra calories due to the higher sugar content. But I really don't enjoy dry wines, so if that's all I can have, I'm not going to bother.
