Welcome everyone..I cant count the amount of times I started ww and stopped.The 2 times I stuck to it,I did loose an incredible amount of weight.10 years ago when I tried it for the first time,I lost 96 pounds..Gained it back,tried a couple of more times,then gave up.2 1/2 years ago I started it again.For the first 1 1/2 year,I was on plan everyday.The past year i decided to have a cheat day,which turned into 2.Come winter I wasnt motivated to work out,but now thats its summer,i plan on shedding this 13 extra pounds and some
