I am here is again myself. I can not remember how many times I have started and stoped. I just keep on going and keep on trying. I know you can do it, jut take it one day at a time.
  • Hey, guys. I'm thinking about starting up again, too. My center closed, but I was successful on LA a couple years ago so I'm thinking about using the forum for my accountability check.
  • I too am a restarter and in need of friends who are in the same boat as me to motivate and challenge me.

Well the first thing we did correctly is turn to here and started knowing we would be in the right place. Hooray!

Let's do this for ourselves but with help from each other.

  • Starting Again!
I ordered WW after I had my Son. I went to my 6 week appointment and the scale read 176, and for me that was shocking! I was 150lbs at my first OB appointment, and 201lbs on delivery day.. Honestly, I believed that the minute I had my baby that I would magically drop all the weight I had gained over the pregnancy.. Could I have been more wrong?! Anyway, after realizing the weight wasn't going to just fall off, I decided I had to do something! I got online that night and ordered the WW at home kit. When It arrived on my doorstep a week later, I started that very day. It was So easy for me to follow the flex plan, and I lost 56lbs in only 7 months (Keep in mind, I was also breastfeeding and that burns 500 calories a day on average)! I followed the plan faithfully.. And then Christmas season came around. I completely fell off the wagon, and I've gained about 13lbs back since then. I've finally reached the decision to start back up again (Seems much more difficult the second time around!). I'm inspired by your story and I hope it helps you to know you're not alone in you're struggle!
    Good Luck!
  • I can't wait to start again. I am getting a little impatient for my 6wk check so that I can restart :-) GL!!!! Doreen!!
