Hi everyone! First of all, I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Laura and I'm from NH. I started SBD just yesterday, so please bear with me as I'm sure I'll have some seemingly silly questions.
Today, I've come to realize that I'm simply not hungry when I'm supposed to be eating. I had my breakfast, mid-morning snack and then when lunch rolled around I wasn't hungry. I ate anyway, as I figured I'm supposed to eat my meals and snacks, but I hate eating when I'm not hungry. What do you do when you're not hungry? Do you eat what you had planned on eating to begin with?
My menu that lead up to lunch looked like this:
B- 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 serving Canadian bacon and cheese (I know I need to incorporate veggies here)
S- celery with laughing cow cheese spread
Like I said, I still ate, I just don't enjoy making myself eat when I'm not hungry.
Suggestions?

Also, it's an ever changing cycle. Some days we aren't hungry, other days it seems like we can't eat enough.
