For those who don't speak geek, I am no longer OBESE (still considered obese due to BMI charts, but that doesn't take in muscle mass). I am NORMAL! I will go back in 6 months (equipment like this can only be found at universities, due to costs involved), and hope I can say I am FIT not FAT.
My goal is to be FIT by Thanksgiving.
Unfortunately I am going to reconsider my goals. While I would love to see ONEderland, I am going to shoot for 220lbs (which is a nice 100kg). According to the calculations, if I continue at my present pace, if/when I get down to 200lbs, I'll be at 12% body fat. That is damn near Mr Olympia
type numbers. 220lbs will put me at 18%, I am currently 230lbs
