Hi all.
I just got a heart rate monitor and used it for the first time. Guess I was pretty surprised to find out that I spent about 27 minutes of a 30 minute workout above "the zone." Personally, I think I need to adjust the max heart rate on the monitor--I really didn't feel that I was working all that hard.
How can I find out what my max/optimal heart rate should be?
