So yesterday was my official beginning of my healthy lifestyle
I went to the gym and did about 3 miles on the treadmill (walking/running) and some weights. Woke up this morning and was REALLY sore!!

By the end of this week though, hopefully my body will get used to the daily exercise...
I am also trying to eat less food, but more often (just when I am hungry, pretty much). It's going well so far but I still have to stay away from the cookies and crackers in the pantry
My starting weight was 120 yesterday morning, and I think I will be weighing myself every Sunday after my post-workout shower. I talked to my dad about what I should reasonably expect to lose (he's a personal trainer) and he thinks that 1lb/week isn't too extreme. I will be going by how my clothes fit more than pounds lost, though, since I am focusing on building muscle as well with weight training.
