super snacky/hungry today



  • i have had a MAJOR issue with hunger today, when i really haven't the whole time i've been on weight watchers. nothing is really different as far as my energy levels/activity/mood. all the same. just a snack attack day, i guess.

    i've got 5 points left for the rest of the day. i'm thinking of a big salad with a bunch of veggies and a small serving of grilled chicken, and maybe some soup.

    oh well. that's what flex points are for i guess!
  • There must be something in the air today... all I can think about is junky snacky food today.....
  • I've had those days, too. For healthy things, I turn to those baby carrots, and something like light string cheese. I find having a protein in there helps with the hunger.
