Like can I just omit them completely? I can't have them in my house without eating them or thinking about eating them. They are like my binging food lol. I love nuts. any kind, almonds, cashews, peanuts, pistachios. I don't really care what kind.
My weight has gone up from 156 to 156.6 from eating them and I should be losing because I'm on phase 1.
The books says one serving a day so that kind of hints it's not something he cares us to have often anyway.
Also a serving of ricotta cheese is 1/4 cup. Any way i can measure that without a cup measuring tool? Like maybe about two spoonfuls?
