I just realized I have over 90 days of abstinence.

I remember when I first started e-mailing my food plan to my sponsor, I hated it!!! Now there's times when I don't want to do it but it's when I don't want to take responsibility for my food and then I decide and send it and I feel so much relief about it.

So grateful to my sponsor and my God for these 90 days plus.
