I would like to know if anyone knows how many calories are in the commit's? I quit smoking but I still use like 5 of them a day. I found on the internet that the nicorette gum has like 5 calories each but can't find the commit.

Negligible varies, so you're probably safe counting them as 5 cals each- which really is negligible IMO at only 25 cals for 5 a day. I wouldn't sweat it!

I'm with FB about not sweating the small stuff....and on quitting!!
