    I actually went to my first meeting. I know its a small thing but I went and weighed in and stayed for the whole thing. It was a weight watchers meeting. So YEAH ME!

    That's great Susan... and its NOT a small thing... You got there and stayed.. I used to leave after the WI... I know I missed out on a lot of good support and ideas... Keep going and staying...
