    It was a tough week with a bout of depression thrown in.
    But I survived it.

    I totally rocked it at the gym this week, but my calories were near the high end of my range every day, and over it a couple times on the weekend. But since I lost over 3 lbs last week, I can't complain about a wee little loss this week. This weekend though? I'm sticking to my plan like superglue.

    As long as I continue to make progress I am happy. Getting closer to the next milestone of 90lbs lost in total.

  • Since every time I get on the scale during the day, it's a different weight, I'll have to average and say I've lost 2lbs. lol

    I didn't lose any last week, so I went back to Phase 1 of SBD and it fell off....I'll be on the Phase 1 through Thursday, then switch back to low fat/ cal counting Friday through Monday--if I lose more weight, I'll stay on the low fat/cal count. If I don't, I'll do the Phase 1 again..
