Hey everybody! So I decided what I was going to do about the Japanese take-in meal. I am going to get Chicken Teriyaki with the teriyaki sauce on the side, it comes with salad (ginger dressing on the side) and instead of rice I'm going to substitute miso soup. Sounds like a pretty good plan to me!
So I'm trying to be a bit more experimental with the food I'm eating, which is why I love calorie counting so much. I think it allows variety because you can play and balance your day. So I bakes these oatmeal white chocolate chip dried strawberry cookies from my new Cooking Light recipe cook book and they were delicious!!! Only 98 calories a cookie
My family wants me to bake something for our Mother's Day BBQ hmmm
