Has anybody here joined the Richard Simmons Foodmover Recipe Club? About how much is shipping and handling? Is it worth the money? Are the foodmover exchanges given as well as calorie counts...are the recipes good?


Anybody here get the Blast off the Pounds set that is in the informercials now. Would this be worth the money as well?? Or is it alot of hype?


Is what you see what you get? Have you all been satisfied with RS products? I have never bought a thing from this man in my life, but I need to do something about my weight, and this looked like something that would benefit me. I'm a stay at home mom, and have been for about a month, and really need to do something about my weight. I just don't want to be ripped off again so any and all help you all can give is very much appreciated.

Hello, I have never used the food mover but I used the Deal A Meal and it worked. From Feb.-June of 1992 I went from weighing 185 lbs. to 130 lbs. I exercised everyday with a R.S. tape I lifted light weights and walked 3 miles almost everyday. I do believe I went a little overboard with the exercise and lost weight to fast. Now my son has the Food Mover it looks better than the Deal A Meal I've looked it over and I do think if you got it and ate the way it says with exercise you could lose weight. My son has never tryed it yet it's a long story well hope I was some help to you if you need to know anything else just e-mail me. Ruthieb12
