when i first started this journey i was dropping huge numbers, 5lb weeks became the norm, but now in the last 8-12 weeks, the numbers have gone down considerably, now my normal weekly weight loss is between 1-2 lbs. 2 lbs being a good week now.
i think everyone is different and i think what your starting weight is contributes to the rate of weight loss.
i know one thing for sure, if i eat right and exercise more often than not, weight loss is inevitable. and i'm not in a race against time to get fit. (anymore) just as long as i'm putting good food in for fuel, it will happen.
