I am not new to low carb but can always use support. I have 40 pounds to go...Since March 15 I have lost 12 pounds. I am doing atkins. I had a stall and finally figured out that I was going way over 20 carbs with splenda in my iced tea. Now I use the liquid and things are moving again. I try to not go over 20 carbs per day.

I'm also doing a low carb diet. I try to stay around 30 carbs a day. It is amazing how little amounts can add up so quickly, isn't it?
