    lunch:
    meatloaf (last of it, TG) 4.5
    salad
    carrots
    snack:
    just 2 pts bar 2
    latte 2/12
    dinner:
    chicken lasagne florentine - very good, modified recipe from
    dwlz to use "real ingredients" as my DP would say, of course, this
    adds about 45 minutes to the making, but whatever.
