OK guys I know this is kind of sad but.. I am a college student.. I was hungover last weekend and ended up eating badly, stopped working out all together the past 2 weeks, and am dealing with a 4500 calorie total overload (yes, I counted every single one of those hungover calories I put in my mouth). OK OK so I know this isnt much, relatively, but it changed my weight on the scale literally 6 lbs, and having been doing so well, I feel absolutely terrible now.. to the point where Ive been tryng to skip classes I can get away with skipping b/c I just dont feel like going out not looking my best. I need to run errands today and its a gorgeous day outside but I just cant bring myself to hop back on the train and put that overload behind me...
