12 Week Challenge - Week # 12 March 4th - 10th

  • YES THIS IS IT -- IT'S WEEK 12 -- OF OUR CHALLENGE

    Challengettes - I dropped the 3FC ball...again! I was computer / internetless for the past week, and just could not seem to get it together somewhere else to post.

    I'd love to hear what has kept you going this time... and what would be a kick to hear about during the next challenge. Do I dare say the word... exercise???

    Guys thanks for being here. And Luvmyboys and all you wonderful Lifers / Maintainers out there..

  • Hi Patch! You had us worried...we were wondering where you were.

    I'd love the next challenge to include some exercise. I've been thinking about wearing my pedometer daily to make sure that I get enough "steps" in plus I'd love to work towards a mileage goal.

    What has kept me going with this challenge is being accountable and being able to "share" the ups and downs. It's made a difference in my weight loss.

    I'm happy to report that at week 12 I'm at 139#...it's been over 2 years since I've been here at this weight and I want to keep it here. Ultimately I've played around with 135 but we'll see. I'm just happy to have broken the 140 mark. The challenge has been instrumental in my motivation.

    Thanks for keeping it going and I look forward to the next challenge!

    What an accomplishment. We've seen you work so hard at this and it's wonderful to see you've gotten there.

    It's been probably over two weeks since I've gone to a meeting and checked my weight. So, appropriately...

    On day one of the next challenge's Week 1 -- I'll see where my weight is "at".

    With this new job I won't be able to check in every day, but I'll be there in spirit and definitely will keep up the Challenge.

  • Glad you are back Patch and that the challenge lives again. I really need it. Can't make my WI today. Too much work and it would only be bad news anyway. I need this challenge to let me get beyond my stress and get back into a WW head.

    Don't beat yourself up over what you percieve to be a bad wi.
    If I did that, I would have to report myself for self-battery.
