I've decided that it's time to do something about the lardage I carry around with me, but am having trouble not being a defeatest as I have been big all my life and have tried every diet going, none of which have done much as I have no willpower at all!
At 42 I know I need to exercise more as I feel a bit stiff at times, but there's no way I'd go to a gym, so I need to find something I can do at home.



I'm also not keen on the idea of going to a gym, so at the moment I'm making sure I get a walk at lunchtime at work, and occasionally shutting the curtains, making sure my husband won't disturb me, and dancing to bad pop music - at least it's a start!
