At wi, they always ask if I followed flex or core for the week. When I tell them core, and how much I love it the leader always tells me to bring that up and that core is a great program and more people need to check it out. But she has to give them the overall choice. There are only about six other people in my meeting doing core, and I have been giving them some of my recipes and ideas. They loved the icecream and can't believe how easy and good it is. I always ask core questions. But for some people, they don't have enough discipline to stop eating when they are satisfied. I've heard a few people mention this. I love core and can't believe there is such an easy way to eat so well, and lose weight as you do it.
But ww does not promote core as much as they promote flex. I love the freedom of not journaling everything. I believe that I can easily change my eating habits, with core. This is not a diet, it is a lifestyle change.
